Four capabilities

What sets him apart

Not magic. Just four things no human hire can offer you, however good they are.

Capability 01
<0s
Typical reply time

Answers in under a minute

The 11 PM enquiry gets the same reply as the 11 AM one. Whoever answers first usually wins the customer — and now that is you.

Capability 02
0/7
Hours on duty

Never off duty

No shifts to cover, no closing time. Sundays, festival days, and the week your manager is away at a wedding.

Capability 03
0
Days of leave

No sick, casual or paid leave

Nothing to sanction. No notice period. No resignation that walks out of the door with your customer list.

Capability 04
0%
Follow-ups retained

Forgets nothing

Every pending payment, follow-up and reorder is still on the list on a busy day. Busy days are exactly when they get dropped.

Where the money goes

Four losses that never appear on a bill

None of them look dramatic. That is exactly why they get away with it, month after month.

Loss 01

The missed enquiry

Messaged at 9 PM, saw your reply at 11 AM, had already booked somewhere else. You never even knew he existed.

Loss 02

The vanishing regular

Came every month for two years, then stopped. Nobody noticed for five months, and by then he was somebody else's regular.

Loss 03

The ageing payment

Sixty days old. You keep meaning to call. It is awkward, so it waits, and every week it gets harder to ask.

Loss 04

The quiet Tuesday

Half your capacity empty at 2 PM while a full Saturday turns customers away. Nobody moved one to the other.

Scope of work

Six departments. One employee.

A human hire sits in one function. GHOST is taught the whole business — so the enquiry, the booking, the bill, the pending amount and the follow-up are one story instead of five disconnected ones.

01Enquiry management

Nothing goes unanswered

The department that decides whether you got the customer at all.

  • Replies to every WhatsApp enquiry, day or night
  • Explains what you offer and what it costs
  • Books the slot, confirms it, reminds about it
  • Reschedules without a single phone call
  • Chases the enquiry that went quiet
  • Hands you the one that truly needs you
02Operations

The day runs to plan

Opening to closing, without you holding it in your head.

  • Opening and closing checklists, verified daily
  • Job status: pending, in progress, ready
  • Dispatch and delivery follow-ups
  • Reorder alerts before the shelf is empty
  • Vendor and indent reminders
  • Escalates the job that has sat too long
03Finance

Money in, money accounted for

The reminders you keep meaning to send, actually sent.

  • Who owes what, and for how long
  • Payment reminders, politely, on schedule
  • Daily sales and cash closing summary
  • Expense log built from your own messages
  • Filing dates and dues to your accountant
  • Tells you when a reminder needs your call
04Marketing

The right message, not a blast

Sent to the fifty it applies to, not the five thousand it does not.

  • Win-backs for customers who stopped coming
  • Festival and offer messages, targeted by history
  • Review requests after a visit that went well
  • Birthday and anniversary wishes on the day
  • Quiet-hour offers to fill an empty afternoon
  • Reports which offer worked and which did not
05Staff and HR

The register keeps itself

No paper book, no month-end evening lost to arithmetic.

  • Attendance on WhatsApp, register maintained
  • Leave requests, approvals and balances
  • Monthly salary statement, ready to approve
  • Shift and duty reminders to the right person
  • New joiner document checklist
  • Flags the pattern you should know about early
06Admin and reporting

You always know where things stand

One message each morning instead of five people to ask.

  • A short report every morning on yesterday
  • A written account each month of what he did
  • Licence, insurance and AMC renewal reminders
  • Answers your questions about your own records
  • Keeps the lists you never get around to
  • Any repeatable job you can describe in a line

6 in 1

If it is repeatable and you can describe it, he can be taught it. The six departments are where most businesses start, not a menu you are stuck with. During the onboarding you tell us the jobs that actually eat your week — the ones specific to your trade — and they get written into his job description alongside these.

One day in the life

Twenty-four hours on duty

The same employee moving between departments through a single day. No handover, because there is nobody to hand over to.

One employee, not a toolkit

A team of bots is still your problem

Most products in this space hand you a roster — one for email, one for social, one for sales. Each has to be set up, taught and supervised separately. That is a job, and the job lands on you.

Several separate bots

You become the supervisor

  • Each one is briefed about your business from scratch
  • None of them knows what the others did
  • An enquiry and a pending payment are two unrelated records
  • More logins, more screens, more to check
  • You learn something broke when a customer tells you
One super employee

He holds the whole picture

  • You explain your business a single time
  • The enquiry, the visit, the bill and the dues are one story
  • He can say "she asked in March and never came back"
  • One number, one thread, one thing to read
  • He tells you what he did, and what he could not
Where he works

He works on WhatsApp

The number your customers already message. They learn nothing new, and neither do you — there is no portal to log into and no report to go and fetch.

You reply to him the way you reply to your manager: a line or two, in whatever language you actually type in.

Illustration of the format. Your own messages are written around your business.

GHOSTOn duty
Hi, do you take appointments on Sunday? And what would it cost?
Yes, we are open Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM. I have 11:30 AM and 12:15 PM free. Shall I hold one for you?
11:30 is fine.
Booked for Sunday, 11:30 AM. I will send a reminder on Saturday evening.
Good morning. Yesterday: 9 enquiries, 6 booked, 1 asked for a call from you — Mr Nair, about a bulk order. Two payments are now over 30 days pending. Shall I send reminders?

Onboarding

How to hire him: four steps, two weeks

It is an induction, not an installation. A new employee needs a fortnight to be useful, and this one is honest about that.

01Day 1

You describe the business

A conversation, not a form full of settings. What you sell, your timings, your staff, and the three things that keep going wrong.

02Days 2–5

We write his job description

In writing, before anything goes live: which jobs in which departments he handles, and what stays with you. Approve it or change it.

03Week 2

He works under your review

In week two nothing goes out unseen. He drafts, you approve, he learns from your corrections. Then you let him run.

04Every month

He reports every month

On the first of each month, a written account of what he handled and what it was worth. If the number is poor, you see that too.

Start now

Hire him in one sitting

No sales call is needed to begin. Five fields, one UPI payment, and the workspace is yours. A conversation is only needed if you want the six-department scope.

01Two minutes

You tell us the basics

Company, your name, email, phone, and how many agents you are hiring. Nothing else, and no card.

02Same screen

You pay the first month

A UPI QR open to any app — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, your bank. No payment gateway, no card details, nothing stored on our side.

03Ten seconds

You send the reference

Paste the UTR / transaction ID from your payment app, and attach the screenshot if you have it. That is the whole submission.

04Same day

The workspace opens

We match the payment, provision your GHOST workspace and email the credentials. Week one he drafts, you approve. Then you let him run.

The money, plainly

  • ₹10,000 per agent, per month. Billed monthly in advance.
  • Nothing extra per message, per department or per person using him.
  • From month two it is a renewal link, not a new signup.

If it does not work out

  • Full refund within 7 days of your first payment — see Refunds.
  • Your workspace stays live until the end of the period you paid for; nothing is deleted.
  • Lost the payment link? Write to contact@ghostagents.in and we resend it.
Pricing

Priced like a salary, set by scope

One monthly amount for one employee. Nothing extra per message, per department or per person using him. What moves the figure is how much of the business he is asked to hold — so the scope is agreed first — ₹10,000 per agent, per month, billed monthly, nothing else.

Scope 01

One department

The single job costing you the most right now — for most owners that is enquiries, or money that has gone unchased.

₹10,000 Per month · 1 agent · ₹10,000 per agent
  • Any one of the six departments
  • Works on your existing WhatsApp business number
  • A short report every morning on yesterday
  • Two-week onboarding, second week under your review
Start here
Scope 02 · where most owners settle

Three departments

The front desk, the money and the follow-up together — the point where he stops being a helper and starts being staff.

₹30,000 Per month · 3 agents · ₹10,000 per agent
  • Any three of the six departments
  • Jobs specific to your trade written into his job description
  • Morning report, plus a written account each month
  • Corrections in month one treated as priority
Hire GHOST
Scope 03

The whole desk

Every department, and the repeatable jobs that are specific to your trade rather than to businesses in general.

₹60,000 Per month · 6 agents · ₹10,000 per agent
  • All six departments
  • Any repeatable job you can describe in a sentence
  • More than one branch or number, where you have them
  • A named person at Babuba on the account
Talk it through

What moves the figure

  • How many departments he is asked to hold
  • How many messages a day come through your number
  • How many branches, or how many numbers
  • How much of your existing record-keeping he has to learn at the start

The same at every scope

  • No separate charge per task or per department
  • The onboarding conversation costs nothing
  • His job description is in writing, and you approve it before anything goes live
  • If it is not working in month one, tell us and we stop
Stated limits

What he cannot do

Every employee has limits, and ours are written down before you hire. The fastest way to lose your trust is to let you assume something we never promised.

No professional advice

No medical, legal or financial opinions to your customers, under any wording. He answers what you sell and what it costs, and routes the rest to you.

He cannot commit for you

No discounts invented, no deadlines promised, no exceptions granted. Anything outside what you set becomes a message asking you.

He only knows what he is told

He cannot chase a payment nobody recorded. Someone still has to enter the bill. The onboarding sets up that one habit, and we are direct about it.

He does not replace your team

He has no judgement and cannot read a room. He removes the work your staff should never have been doing, so they can do the part that needs a person.

He gets things wrong at first

Every new employee does. That is what the review week is for, and why corrections in month one are expected rather than a fault.

He never shares your data

Your customer list is yours. It is not pooled with other businesses, and it is not used to sell anything to anyone else.

Questions owners actually ask

Before you hire him

Do I need to be good with computers?

No. If you can use WhatsApp, you can work with GHOST. There is no dashboard, no software to install, and nothing for your staff to be trained on. You talk to him the way you talk to a person who works for you.

Do I have to switch on all six departments?

No, and most owners do not. Start with the one or two jobs costing you the most — usually enquiries or pending payments. Because it is the same employee throughout, switching on marketing or staff later does not mean starting again. He already knows your business.

My business has jobs specific to my trade. Can he learn those?

That is the normal case. The six departments are a starting structure, not a fixed list. If a job is repeatable and you can describe it in a sentence, it can usually be written into his job description during the onboarding.

Will my customers know they are talking to a machine?

We do not pretend otherwise, and we would advise you not to either. In practice customers care about a straight answer quickly. He introduces himself as your business, answers what he knows, and hands over to a person the moment the question needs one.

What happens to my existing WhatsApp number?

It keeps working. He operates on your business number, so the number on your board and your conversation history stay exactly as they are. We walk you through the change during setup.

Can he handle the way my customers actually write?

That is the normal case, not the exception. Customers write in short forms, in a mix of English and their own language, often without punctuation. He is built for how people really message, not for clean sentences.

What does he cost?

He is priced like a salary — one monthly amount for one employee, with no separate charge per task or per department. The figure follows the scope you choose, and the three scopes are set out above. We quote after the first conversation rather than putting a number here that may not apply to your business.

What if he is not working for me?

Tell us in the first month and we will either fix the job description or stop. We would rather lose one customer early than have a business paying for an employee it does not rate.

Start the onboarding

Put him on your payroll.

Five fields, one UPI payment, and his workspace opens the same day. His duties are in writing before anything goes live, and you can walk away after reading them.
