Refund & Cancellation Policy

Before you pay

Nothing is charged until you send the UPI payment yourself. Your workspace is only provisioned after the payment is verified, so an unpaid order costs you nothing.

Full refund

Ask within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full — no questions asked — if the workspace has not been used for live business (no agents put into production use, no significant model usage). Trigger this by emailing the support address below with your order reference.

Partial refunds

Service failure: if your workspace is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours because of a fault at our end, we refund the unused part of that month pro-rata.
Billing error: a duplicate or incorrect charge is refunded in full as soon as it is identified.
Downgrade: reducing your seat count takes effect from the next monthly cycle; the current period is not part-refunded.

What we cannot refund

Model/token usage already consumed with your model provider — that is billed by them, not by us.
Periods already served after the 7-day window on a continuing subscription.
Accounts terminated for unlawful use or breach of the Terms.

Cancellation

Cancel at any time by email; there is no lock-in and no cancellation fee.
Cancellation stops future renewal orders. Your workspace stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for.
You may ask for a full export before closure; we produce a verified archive first and only then erase the workspace.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned by UPI or bank transfer to the account the payment came from, normally within 5–7 working days of approval. We email you when the refund is initiated.

How to raise one

Email contact@ghostagents.in with:

Your order reference (for example BB-XXXXXX)
The UPI reference (UTR) of the payment
The reason, and what you would like us to do

We acknowledge every request within one working day and decide within three.
