Terms of Service

1. Who we are

GHOST is a product of Babuba ("we", "us"), which supplies a self-hosted multi-agent AI platform. You ("customer") buy a monthly subscription covering a stated number of AI agents ("seats"). One seat = one agent = one company workspace, deployed on infrastructure we operate for you.

2. The subscription

1. Seats are billed monthly in advance at the price shown at checkout (₹10,000 per seat per month unless stated otherwise).
2. Payment is collected by UPI to the virtual payment address shown on your checkout page. Your order reference must accompany the payment (we use a tagged amount so your payment is matched automatically).
3. Your workspace is provisioned after we verify your payment, and credentials are emailed to the address you gave at signup.
4. Renewal invoices are issued at the start of each monthly cycle with a grace period shown on the invoice. Access may be paused if payment is not received within the grace period, and your data is retained while the workspace is paused.
5. Prices may change for future cycles with at least 30 days' notice by email.

3. Your responsibilities

1. Keep your login credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Use the platform lawfully, and only on data you are entitled to process.
3. Do not attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell seats without a written agreement.
4. Model-provider usage (tokens) is billed by your model provider under your own key/limits and is not included in the seat price unless expressly stated.

4. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is notified by email. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

5. Your data

Your workspace data belongs to you. We keep it on infrastructure we operate and you can request a full export at any time. On termination we provide or hold a copy for a reasonable period, after which it is deleted; see the Privacy Policy for retention detail.

6. Suspension and termination

1. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and the workspace stays live until the paid period ends.
2. We may suspend or terminate immediately for non-payment beyond the grace period, unlawful use, or a security risk to other customers.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data where you have not taken an export.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka having exclusive jurisdiction.
